Shipping FAQ
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia (including East Malaysia), and Mainland China. We are actively expanding — sign up to be notified when your country goes live.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Singapore orders have no customs duties. Malaysian orders below RM500 are generally duty-free for personal imports. China orders are subject to Chinese import regulations — duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track live status in your dashboard under Orders.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
If your tracked shipment shows no movement for 10 days (Singapore/Malaysia) or 21 days (China) after dispatch, contact us at support@kikomanyi.com. We’ll investigate and send a free replacement if the carrier confirms the loss.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible up to the point of dispatch — usually within the first 24 hours. Contact support@kikomanyi.com immediately with your order number.
My country isn’t available yet — what can I do?
