Every garment is custom-made for you. We stand behind our quality — if anything is wrong, we'll make it right.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives with a defect or error caused by us, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What's covered

  • Printing defect — smearing, fading, incorrect positioning
  • Wrong item sent — wrong size, colour, or design
  • Garment damage — holes, tears, or fabric defects upon arrival
  • Significant colour mismatch compared to the digital preview
  • Item lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

What's not covered

  • Change of mind after the order is placed (custom-made items)
  • Incorrect size ordered — please check our size guide carefully before ordering
  • Minor colour variation due to different screen calibrations (5–10% variance is normal)
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Design issues that were present in the artwork you uploaded

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us within 30 days

Email hello@kikomanyi.com or use the Contact form. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Send us photos

Attach clear photos of the defect or incorrect item. This helps us assess the issue quickly — typically within 1 business day.

We resolve it

We will offer a free replacement (same design, correct spec) or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.

Replacement shipped

Replacement orders are prioritised and dispatched within 3–5 business days at no extra cost to you.

Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Do I need to return the item?

No. Because garments are custom-made, we do not require you to return defective items. We simply ask for photo evidence to verify the issue, then proceed with your chosen resolution.

Orders outside the 30-day window

Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may not be able to offer a full refund, but we will always try to find a fair solution.

Sizing issues

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Incorrect size selections are not covered under our refund policy, but if you contact us before production begins we may be able to amend your order.
